We want you to be completely satisfied with your Artistic purchase. If something isn't right, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
•The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
•All original tags must still be attached.
•The item must be returned in its original packaging, and the packaging must not be damaged or destroyed.
•Items that show signs of wear, stains, odours (including perfume or smoke), or damage will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for lost packages.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the conditions above.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card or PayPal) within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need a different size or colour, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
