Artistic ships worldwide. All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment centres in Portugal and China, depending on stock availability and your location.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Europe (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, and 22 more countries)

Rest of World (Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, and 208 more countries)

We ship internationally to most countries. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are applied once a shipment reaches your destination country. Artistic is not responsible for these charges — they are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation.
